Royal Navy boxing stalwart Q Shillingford has taken on the responsibility of coaching the squad full-time for the next three years in an attempt to take the sport to the next level.

Fencers marked the centenary of the sport’s association in the Royal Navy with the first Inter-Services title in almost half a century.
