KGV Class Battleships: Trying to find a copy of the Dressing Line diagram used before December 1948. The diagram shows the order of flags to be used on the line when dressing overall. They wer contained as a fold-out in the Fleet Signal Book used by RN ships of the time. If you can help contact Bruce Constable

King Sol (A/S trawler) had a full-size upright piano on the seamen's messdeck (c.1942). Peter Deacon played it frequently at slightly noisy knees-ups at the Wallasey Dock when they were lying alongside. A couple of questions that he has never known the answer to are: 1) how did it get down there?, 2) where did it come from? and 3) whatever happened to it? King Sol survived the war. Contact Peter Deacon, c/o Nick Clark,

HMS Kandahar: Seeking information of her sinking in December 1941, the death of Edmund John Lidbury and of any survivors still living. Contact Mrs V Pennifer

HMS Kelly: Does anyone have a print of that famous painting of HMS Kelly that they could oblige John Phelan with. Contact John

Peter King: The eldest daughter of Peter is looking for any photos with him in. He served in the Royal Navy as a cook in the 70s, went to civvies in the 80s and then joined the RFA in the early 90s as motor man. He died on the 7th November 1997 whilst on board RFA Sir Percival in dock at Southampton. If anybody can forward on any photos she would be really grateful. Write to Samantha King-Smith
