HMS Edinburgh: Seeking Paul (jacko) Jackson, an (LAEM) onboard about 1995/98. He was the killick of Mess 2sierra, starboard. He will most likely be of (PO) rate now or even (CPO). Alan left the RN in 1998 and has been writing comedy since and is visiting the comedy festival in Edinburgh at the end of August. Jacko was born and lives in Edinburgh. Alan would like to meet up. HMS Enard Bay: Does anyone rememberr Eric Frank Griffin, serving in the Navy between 1941-46 on HMS Enard Bay (F435). He is now 82 years old, he has also been in service with the Merchant Navy (dates unknown) on a ship called the Port Melbourne. Contact his son, Terry

HMS Endurance: Seeking Neil Ashdown who served in Endurance around 1993. He lived in Southend and had a brother, Simon who was a SM(M). Also seeking Dave McCracken who was at Northwood 1991/2. He also served in Cyprus and came from Northern Ireland. Contact Clare Steel

HMS Edinburgh: Trying to get in contact with either a leading seaman (EW) Deans from Aberdeen who served on HMS Edinburgh in the early nineties or Leading seaman (EW) Kenny Rowland who served on HMS Cardiff around 1995 from Stoke-on-Trent both of whom (It’s believed) have been advanced to Petty Officer. HMS Exeter 1982 onwards: Trying to trace any members of the ships company during the Falklands Campaign under the command of captain Hugh Balfour. We are holding our 3rd reunion in May. We currently have around 90 members of the ships company but are trying to increase our numbers to around 150 for the next one. HMS Eagle: Seeking Fred Peebles, an old shipmate of Rod Gregg when they both served as A/Bs in 6J1 mess in Eagle back in 1956. Rod was one of the 'Cockatoos' who used to perform for the fleet at that time over fleet radio. They were both were in the Cumberland prior to the Suez crisis and after that possibly went on the Ark Royal and then back to the Cumberland. The last known address was 18 Pearl Street, Roath, Cardiff. Rod moved to Canada in 1959 and sadly lost touch with Fred. If anyone knows of him or anyone from the time of Suez who remembers the "Cockatoos" Rod would like to hear from you. Contact Rod Gregg
