Q. How can payment be made for goods and Subscriptions?

A. Payment can be made by Credit and Debit cards either through the website or by speaking to the team on 023 9254 7114 or you can pay by cheque making it payable to: HMG 1800 and send it to Navy News, FRPU, Building 178, Whale Island, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO2 8BY.

Q. Is the digital version of Navy News free from the website?

A. The digital version is still free and can be found at https://issuu.com/navynews/docs/ and as far as we are aware will now work on any platform. If you click on Stacks, you will have a list of all the years that have been scanned, click on the year you want to look at and all of the editions for that year will be displayed.

As you look back through the Archives, you will find gaps as these editions have still to be scanned. If there is an image of the front page, it has been scanned and is available online. The digital version will not go online until the end of the month of issue.

Q. When will the Navy News Calendar be available?

A. This is now available to order online at http://www.onlinecalendarshop.com/royal-navy-navy-news.html

Q. Why can I not get into the store/shop?

A. Please make sure that you have entered the correct information, filling the required fields and allowing time for the order to process after pressing the continue buttons.

Q. How do I change my location?

A. If you would like to change the location because you have placed an order for UK and now would like to place an order for over seas simply click the "Change Location" button on the top right of any screen.

Q. The login does not appear to work, what am I doing wrong?

A. The login is not neccesary for general usage. It is only required if you want to post or reply to one of the forums or make a purchase from the store or want to amend your details.

Q. How can I refresh/change my password?

A. Just click on the forgotten password link and follow the instructions, making sure that the email address you use is accessible to you. A new password will be sent to you. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the password to something of your choice.
